7. L-Carnitine 250 mg helps with dialysis-associated fatigue, lipid metabolism. Add directly to the saline bag after confirming clarity
8. Glutathione (IV push postinfusion) 600 mg Renal antioxidant and detoxifier
9. N-Acetyl Cysteine 300 mg replenishes glutathione. Dilute separately in 10–20 mL NS before adding to the main bag. Add last.
